New president at the University of Utah
The University of Utah's search for a new president is over.
According to the Deseret News, Ruth Watkins will take over as the first female president of the university.
Watkins becomes the 16th president of the University of Utah, after receiving a unanimous vote from the Utah State Board of Regents.
She received a room full of applause upon accepting the post.
"I have to say I thought about 10 people would come today
