Alta Justice Court vacancy filled

ALTA — The Salt Lake County Nominating Commission has appointed Judge Paul Curtis Farr to fill the vacancy on the Alta Justice Court. Farr replaces Judge Clinton Balmforth, who retired March 31.Farr was appointed as a justice court judge in 2010 and currently serves in Herriman and Sandy. He received an associate degree in history from Dixie State in 1995, a bachelor’s in criminal justice from Weber State University in 1997, and a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University in 2000.Fa
