Advocates keep up pressure in support of Medicaid, even as ACA replacement appears dead

SALT LAKE CITY — Even as the bill was dealt multiple death blows this week, Utah opponents of the Better Care Reconciliation Act did not let up Friday as they held a small demonstration in front of the Wallace F. Bennett Federal Building in a show of opposition to the idea Medicaid cuts.The event, organized by the Utah Health Policy Project, is one of a handful of such rallies in recent weeks outside the building, which is home to the Utah offices of Republican Sens. Orrin Hatch and Mike L
