Accused Cedar City flasher faces 21 charges

CEDAR CITY — A Cedar City man accused of flashing students at Southern Utah University and fighting with officers after he was taken to jail now faces 21 charges.
On Sept. 8, SUU police issued a warning to students that a man had entered the women's restroom at Eccles Coliseum the day before and exposed himself to a woman.
"Another victim reported that about 6:30 a.m. a suspect was seen with his pants down on the University Boulevard overpass," according to police.
