2 killed, 12-year-old injured in head-on crash

IOKA, Duchesne County — Two people were killed and a 12-year-old girl was injured in a head-on crash in eastern Utah on Sunday.Devin Kirk, 18, of Heber City, was driving east on state Route 87 near Ioka about 4:35 p.m. Sunday when his Chrysler crossed suddenly into the westbound lane, according to Utah Highway Patrol.Kirk's vehicle collided head-on into a Hyundai carrying five people. Kirk and the driver of the Hyundai, Shauna Allen, 46, of Wales, Sanpete County, were killed in the crash.A
