17-year-old driver killed in crash with semitrailer on slushy Utah freeway

MORGAN — A 17-year-old from Weber County was killed Friday morning when he lost control of the car he was driving on I-84 near Morgan and crashed into a semitrailer that had stopped in the emergency lane.
The driver's name has not been released. He was not wearing a seat belt, police said.
