1 person dies in Sunset house fire

SUNSET — One person died in a house fire in Sunset Friday evening, authorities said.When firefighters arrived about 8 p.m., "heavy smoke and flames" were coming from the home's front windows, said North Davis Fire Chief Mark Becraft. Crews doused the blaze at 75 W. 2300 North and discovered that an adult had died inside, he said.Few details were available late Friday.Becraft did not immediately release the age or gender of the person who died. Investigators believe only one person lived in
