1 dead, 6 hospitalized following head-on crash in southeast Utah

MOAB — One man died and six others were taken to hospitals due to a head-on crash Saturday in southeast Utah, police said.
Just after 5:45 p.m., the driver of a southbound 2015 Nissan Versa crossed into northbound traffic on state Route 191 in Grand County, the Utah Highway Patrol said.
A northbound Chrysler Town & Country "attempted to move into the southbound lane" to avoid the Nissan, but the Nissan also corrected back onto the southbound side, resulting in the two vehicles crashing
