Would it really be the rodeo without rain?

TUCSON - If you've lived in Tucson long enough it seems that it's not rodeo weather without rain, mud, snow or some combination of both.
This year won't be any different. An atmospheric river - or a long stream of moisture acting like a garden hose is pointed right over southeastern Arizona.
