Wildfire in Redington Pass downgraded to 22 acres

TUCSON – The fire that broke out in Redington Pass over the weekend has been downgraded.
According to officials, Compass Fire is currently burning 22 acres of grass and brush in the area opposed to the previously reported 75 acres. The blaze broke out Sunday.
“When the fires are mapped using GIS or other systems, more accurate acreages are identified and those previously reported may change,” Arizona Forest Service said in a Facebook post.
