West Virginia chief justice wants impeachment delayed

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — The West Virginia Supreme Court’s chief justice is asking the court to delay impeachment proceedings against her by the state Senate.
Chief Justice Margaret Workman filed a petition Friday morning arguing the state Senate’s articles of impeachment are not constitutional.
