Wall Street rises as optimism caps erratic week of trading
NEW YORK (AP) — Wall Street is pushing higher Friday, and the S&P 500 is heading for its third weekly gain in the last four. The S&P 500 was 0.5% higher, as of 1:30 p.m. Eastern time, with the biggest gains coming from cruise operators, airlines, banks and other companies that most need the economy to reopen and strengthen.
