Virginia Senate approves sweeping police reform legislation

(AP) — The Virginia Senate has approved wide-ranging police reform legislation that would prohibit the use of chokeholds, restrict no-knock search warrants, and expand the grounds to decertify law enforcement officials who commit misconduct.
