U.S. CBP officers seized hard drugs worth $1.97M

TUCSON - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested multiple people for separate alleged attempts to smuggle more than 395 pounds of methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin and fentanyl through the Port of Nogales since last Friday,according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Tucson.
Mariposa Crossing officers referred an 18-year-old man of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, for additional inspection of his Nissan Sedan as he attempted to enter the U.S. on Friday night.
