UPDATE: Uber suspends self-driving operations after fatal incident in Tempe

Uber, which has been testing the self-driving vehicles in Tempe and Phoenix for months, has suspended their self-driving operations in the cities as well as those in Pittsburgh, San Francisco and Toronto.
