UPDATE: Two hurt, two arrested after shooting on I-10 near Casa Blanca

Traffic on Interstate 10 has been slow moving for hours because of a shooting near the Casa Blanca exit, according to Arizona Department of Public Safety. Arizona Department of Transportation has been warning drivers of a detour on Twitter.
