UPDATE: Speedway Blvd reopens after police incident

Tucson Police officers are responding to a "working police incident" at an apartment complex near Speedway Blvd and Camino Seco. Speedway Blvd will be closed for both eastbound and westbound traffic from Camino Seco to Huntington Park according to a news release.
