UPDATE: Protesters move back to courthouse after blocking on/off ramps for several hours

Protesters took to the streets in Tucson Monday, April 23 after a jury found Border Patrol agent Lonnie Swartz not guilty of murder in the 2012 shooting of a Mexican teen.
