Universal Security Instruments recalls smoke alarms

TUCSON – Universal Security Instruments issued a recall for some of their smoke alarms over activation concerns.
According to Golder Ranch Fire District, the department received several of the recalled alarms as part of a grant program. The alarms were installed in homes with their district.
Golder Ranch says not all the alarms received are part of the recall.
