UN diplomats: New talks on Western Sahara expected in March

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — U.N. diplomats say a second round of U.N.-brokered talks on the conflict over Western Sahara is expected between Morocco and the Polisario Front in March, a hopeful sign following the Security Council’s call almost a year ago to speed up a solution to the 43-year dispute.
