UAPD to host active shooter training Wednesday

TUCSON – In light of the recent mass shootings, active shooter training scenarios have become an important exercise.
The University of Arizona Police Department and the Critical Incident Response Team will be conducting an active shooter training exercise Wednesday.
The drill is to test the university’s ability and readiness to address an emergency situation, according to a news release.
