Tucson tops 150 car break-ins, thefts in 15 days

TUCSON – Jose Barrera is just one of 156. According to Tucson Police statistics there have been 156 incidents of car break-ins or car thefts since the beginning of the year.
“Disbelief. Why my car? I was right here at my house and there was nothing I could do,” said Barrera.
Barrera says in all the thief did around 600 dollars worth of damage to his car.
