Tucson teachers stage first walk-in of 2019

TUCSON – Last year Arizona teachers walked out for six days to fight for a pay raise and increased school funding.
Now, the Los Angeles School District teachers strike is the latest uprising in a string of walkouts across the country.
Many schools in Tucson are staging a walk-in Wednesday morning. It is the first Red For Ed walk-in of 2019 and there are a couple reasons for it.
