Tucson mayor holds press conference to urge support of refuges

TUCSON – After more than 76 refugee offices closed its doors since January, Mayor Jonathan Rothschild held a press conference Friday to help urge community members to support the U.S. Refugee Resettlement Program.
According to officials, there are currently more than 68 million people displaced from their homes. Of those, 25 million are registered refugees.
