Tucson Mayor and City Council pass emergency climate change bill

TUCSON (KVOA) - Tucson Mayor Regina Romero and the Tucson City Council have passed an emergency climate change bill that builds on the Green New Deal announced by Democrats in Congress.The Tucson City Council has committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2030.
