Tucson man launches neighborhood watch on southeast side

TUCSON -- A local man is spearheading a new take on the typical neighborhood watch to keep an eye on his community.
Michael Dunn has lived near Lakeside Park on the southeast side for almost 30 years and has noticed a recent jump in crime.
