Tucson family working to keep lights on during shutdown

TUCSON- It is Day 25 of the partial government shutdown. Many federal workers are feeling the effects of not being paid.
One Tucson family is feeling the impact of the government shutdown.  After missing a paycheck for Francisco Rivera, it is especially hard as he works to take care of his son with special needs.
“There are days that I’m choosing I can’t make it in today because I have to go pull weeds for a family member just to make $20-30 for gas,”  said Fra
