Trooper: Woman who was in wrong-way vehicle struck on ramp

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — An Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesman says a woman who had been in a wrong-way vehicle involved in a collision on a Tempe freeway was seriously injured after she got out after the wreck and then was struck by a third vehicle on a nearby freeway ramp.
