TRAFFIC: Crash closes Arcadia Ave in midtown Tucson

Drivers in Tucson should avoid a couple blocks of a neighborhood street in midtown Tucson. Police have blocked off Arcadia Avenue between 4th Street and Baker Street, according to an alert from Tucson Police Department.
