TPD: Police working standoff at Ninth Ave, Columbia

TUCSON – Tucson Police Department officers are working a barricade situation Wednesday morning after a grand theft auto suspect refused to exit a residence on Ninth Avenue and Columbia.
Police say this incident is not a hostage situation. No injuries have been reported.
Residents are advised to avoid the area.
