TPD needs help locating missing person

The Tucson Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 17-year-old Andrew Hubble.  Hubble, who reportedly functions at a 6-year-old level, was last seen around noon at the Loas Center at 205 W. Irvington. Police reports say that Hubble got on the wrong bus and has not been located. He is non-verbal but will know his name. If you see Hubble, call 911 immediately.
