The new year is starting off sunny and mild

TUCSON - 2020 was the hottest year on record for Southern Arizona with over 30 new record high temperatures, but 2021 is starting off with average temperatures and sunny skies.High temperatures for Pima county will increase into the lower 70's but that is where the warming will stop. Cochise and Santa Cruz counties will still see high temperatures in the mid 60's.Rain is not in the forecast at any point for Tucson over the next week, but Cochise county could see some rain and even some snow
