Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has called for greater cooperation on migration during his first visit to Morocco, a jumping-off point for a growing number of migrants trying to reach Spain as a first foothold in Europe.
After meeting on Monday with Moroccan Prime Minister Saad Eddine El Othmani, Sanchez said “migration is a shared responsibility, and we need to strengthen our cooper
