HARTFORD, Conn. — Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont says the state expects to receive about 1 million new rapid coronavirus tests from the federal government to help keep schools open.Lamont says next week the state is likely to receive 69,000 tests, which provide results in about 15 minutes.
