Prosecutors have filed a homicide charge against a man accused of opening fire inside a Pennsylvania municipal building, killing a township employee.
David Green covered himself with a yellow tarp as he was led into a magistrate’s office for his arraignment Tuesday afternoon. He was ordered jailed without bail. He told reporters he is “sorry for what I did.”
