The Eagles tells tribute show it doesn’t have music rights

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — A manager for the band The Eagles says a Canadian company bringing an Eagles “Hotel California” tribute show to Tucson didn’t have a license to use the band’s music.
The Arizona Daily Star reports the band sent a cease and desist letter this week to the Tucson Symphony Orchestra before a scheduled performance this weekend.
