TFD controls blaze at central Tucson laundry mat

TUCSON – A fire has been contained after the blaze broke out at a laundry mat in central Tucson Monday.
According to Tucson Fire Department, they received a report of smoke coming from a dryer at a laundry facility at Fort Lowell Road and Treat Avenue, near Tucson Boulevard, at around 9:25 a.m. Monday.TFD crews were called to a laundry mat near Fort Lowell & Treat this AM around 925 for smoke coming from a dryer.
