Tesla Model 3, Audi e-tron get top marks in crash tests

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety released crash test results for several electric vehicles.
Tesla picked up its first Top Safety Pick award for its Model 3 which earned “good” ratings in all six crash tests.
The Audi e-tron, another electric vehicle, also qualified for that award with impressive crash test performance.
The Chevy Bolt performed well, but came up short due to its headlight performance.
The Hyundai Nexo, a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, also performed very well.
