TEP crews continue to work power outage that occurred during Wednesday’s storm

TUCSON – After being left without electricity since 5 p.m. Wednesday, hundreds of residents on Tucson’s southwest side have had their power restored Thursday.
According to Tucson Electric Power, more than 2,000 customers living in homes near Kinney Road and Sarasota Boulevard lost power after a pole or wires were knocked down during Wednesday’s afternoon storm.As of 3:20 a.m. Thursday, 1914 residents had their power restored at around 12:30 a.m., leaving about 380 people still
