Suspicious device reported near Alvernon Way, Grant

TUCSON – Tucson Police Department bomb squad crews were dispatched to the intersection of Alvernon Way and Grant Road Monday afternoon in reference to a suspicious device located in a vehicle.
According to TPD, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives served a search warrant at the home of a suspect last week. The suspect was not home when the warrant was executed.
