Suspect charged in November homicide

TUCSON — On Friday, the The Tucson Police Department charged  29-year-old Augustino Martinez in the murder of Bernardo Marin back on Nov. 23, 2018.
Police say they worked with the Arizona State Gang Task Force and charged Martinez with one count of  first-degree murder, one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of aggravated assault with physical serious injury.
Martinez was already in the Pima County Jail on unrelated charges.
