Suspect arrested in fatal shooting on Phoenix motel balcony

PHOENIX (AP) — Police have arrested a suspect in last weekend’s fatal shooting of a man on the balcony of a Phoenix motel. They say 37-year-old Carlos Ramirez has been booked into jail on suspicion of murder and misconduct involving weapons. The shooting occurred around 5:30 a.m. Saturday.
