Surviving the holidays without gaining weight
A new British study suggest it may be possible to survive the holidays without gaining weight.
Researchers studied nearly 300 adults during previous holiday seasons. The adults were divided into two groups. One group was given tips to manage their weight, as well as a list of physical activity needed to burn off popular holiday foods and drinks. They were also asked to weight themselves twice a week. The second group was only given a pamphlet on healthy living.
