Study: Arizona has highest rate of pedestrian deaths in US

TUCSON, Ariz. - A new study says Arizona has the highest rate of pedestrian deaths per residents in the U.S. KVOA-TV in Tucson, Arizona, reports a Governors Highway Safety Association study found that Arizona had 1.61 pedestrian deaths per 100,000 people for the first half of 2017.
