Stocks opening lower on Wall St.; Facebook, Alphabet drop

NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are falling early on Wall Street Thursday as the late selling from the previous day carries over. On Wednesday, the Federal Reserve said the outlook for the U.S. economy remains highly uncertain and signaled that interest rates would remain near zero through 2023, if not longer.
