State senators to be sworn into office Thursday

TUCSON –Arizona, a state that has never had any female senators will officially have two on Thursday.
Democrat Kyrsten Sinema and former Congresswoman Martha McSally will be sworn into office, replacing retiring Jeff Flake and Jon Kyl.
Sinema, who won the November election, will be sworn in first, becoming Arizona’s first female senator.
McSally, who was appointed by Gov. Ducey to fill John McCain’s seat, will become the state’s junior senator.  She will have to run
