Stanford prof again to review N Carolina legislative maps

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — North Carolina judges who ruled the state’s legislative district maps were drawn to unconstitutionally favor Republicans are hiring a familiar expert to review how state lawmakers fix the problem.
