Sri Lankan leaders appoint Cabinet after political crisis

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (AP) — Sri Lanka’s president has appointed 28 lawmakers and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe as Cabinet ministers after weeks of political crisis led to government dysfunction.
