At 245 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm overFlorence Junction, or 10 miles southeast of Gold Canyon, moving eastat 30 mph.
Pea size hail will be possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include…Superior, Florence Junction, Queen Valley and Boyce ThompsonArboretum.
This includes the following highways…US Highway 60 between mile markers 207 and 232.AZ Route 79 between mile markers 141 and 150.AZ Route 177 between mile markers 159 and 167.
