Special Weather Statement issued August 28 at 3:27PM MST by NWS Tucson AZ

At 326 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9miles west of Parker Canyon Lake, or 19 miles east of Nogales, movingnortheast at 5 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include…Patagonia, Canelo and Lochiel.Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead tolocalized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through floodedroadways.
